    Social Work Month Observance Offers Continuing Education Credit

    Ohio’s Hospice of Miami County and Innovative Care Solutions are joining with Premier Health to observe Social Work Month by offering an Education Day and Luncheon on March 15 at Koester Pavilion. The program will cover palliative care and bioethical topics and offers 3.0 Continuing Education credits for Social Workers.

    Innovative Care Solutions Social Worker Sandra Burcham, LISW-S, ACHP-SW, will present on Utilizing Palliative Care Within the Healthcare Continuum and Essential Conversations in Palliative Care. Ohio’s Hospice Social Worker Bonnie Orlins, LISW-S, ACHP-SW, and Nurse Educator Jan Tillinger, BSN, RN, CHPN, will present on Identifying and Applying Common Bioethical Principals. Attendees must attend the entire event to receive a CEU certificate.
