    Our Physicians

    Ohio’s Hospice of Miami County partners with an energetic, patient-focused medical team which represents the most extensive experience in hospice and palliative care in Ohio. Our innovative physicians serve as collaborators and consultants to hundreds of other physicians serving patients in our area. In addition, they provide medical expertise that personally addresses the needs of hospice patients.

    Physician Bios

    Prasuna Madireddy, MBBSPrasuna Madireddy, MBBS

    Dr. Madireddy graduated from Guntur Medical College in Guntur, India. In 2003, she completed her internal medicine residency at Wright State University. Dr. Madireddy is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and has been a part of Ohio’s Hospice organization since 2013.

    Amy Mestemaker, MDDr. Amy Mestemaker

    Dr. Mestemaker is a graduate of the University of Dayton and The Ohio State University College of Medicine. She is board certified in internal medicine and hospice and palliative medicine. Prior to joining the Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton staff, she served as associate medical director of Ohio’s Hospice of Central Ohio.

    Anna Zivkovich, MDAnna Zivkovich, MD

    Dr. Zivkovich earned her undergraduate education from Denison University before receiving her medical degree from the West Virginia University School of Medicine in 2007. Dr. Zivkovich completed an internal medicine residency at the Kettering Medical Center in Kettering, Ohio. She is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She has served as a hospitalist at Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton since 2011.
